Do I have to register to place an order with Beanbag furniture?
If you create an account and register as a member, you’d be entitled to benefits from our end as we believe in creating relationships.
I’ve moved places, can I change my locations?
Of course, simply login to your account and select ‘Add an address’.
Where can I track my order?
Once you place an order with us successfully, we would send a confirmation mail to your email address with the necessary information. You can also look up the information with regards to shipping by logging in to your account.
What if I haven’t received any confirmation via email?
Once you place an order successfully and the payment has been credited, you will receive a confirmation email. Give it a while, refresh your mail and ensure you check your spam/ bin folders. Do not shut off your device. If you still do not receive any mail, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll respond to you promptly.
Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes, you can, as long as the shipping is within the Republic of Ireland. We cater to our Irish markets at the moment, though would expand our business soon enough- Stay tuned.
Do you’ve a physical store?
We’re based in Malahide, Co. Dublin, however, keeping in line with the government restrictions, we aim to operate from our online store at the moment.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major debit and credit cards. Alternatively, you can choose to pay via Paypal.
The product I chose says ‘out of stock’- When is it going to be back?
We’re glad that you liked our products. While we endeavour to replenish our stock from time-to-time, certain products may take 10-20 working days, owing to the extensive care that we take while manufacturing it. If a particular product is something that you’ve been waiting for a long time, you can email us at email@example.com and we’ll update you accordingly.
What are the delivery options?
We offer a standard delivery within 15 working days of placing the order, and a free delivery when your order is above €399. Given the recent situation, there might be a delay. Get in touch with us via mail and we would be happy to assist in case of further queries.
What if the product is damaged/ I do not like it?
Our online store offers our wide range of exquisitely-made products, packed with actual high-quality pictures. We stand true to our terms. However, we do understand if a certain product doesn’t match your expectations. Worry not, you may avail of our ‘Return’ policy. Simply visit the page or email us and we’ll get back to you.
Can you give me more information about the size and quality of the beanbags as I’m buying it for the first-time?
We completely understand that first-time experiences can be quite overwhelming. Our product specifications have been mentioned at the end of every product, once you click on a product to view more. However, you may email us if you need a little more help and we’ll get back to you as humanly fast as we can.
What can I do when my bean bag becomes old?
Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! We will collect your unwanted or old bean bag if it’s from our shop and re-engineer it, making it as good as new. We do this because we want to contribute our best to the environment.
